In a world where everyone is selling image I truly believe the most important aspect of fitness is the impact it has on your overall well being . We all want an amazing 6 pack or chiseled physique but before the results you have to love the process.
On your fitness journey, it is important to have a long term goal. It is also important to have small incremental daily goals to help you get there. The most important part of this process is sustainability. The question I ask everyday is “ Is what I do everyday able to be sustained over the long run?”
As a coach, my main goal is to hold you accountable on a daily basis to meet your daily goals!
